I loved working with the kit that Megan designed for us this month! I really enjoyed working with the papers from Webster's Pages Ladies and Gents line.
For this layout, I really like the center framed square from the Groomed Traveler paper, so I cut it out using my craft knife. I saved the outside frame for another layout that I will post about later in the month and made that into a custom sized frame (I will post a tutorial on how I made it). I cut out the dress form and bobbin from the Tim Holtz die called Sewing Room. I actually cut out the dress form from Claudine Hellmuth's Sticky Back Canvas and colored it with Glimmer Mist. It was really easy and really quick but I love the way it came out. The wooden letters are from Pink Paislee's Daily Junque collection. I have to say that I really LOVE these letters!! I just colored them with Distress Ink and glued them on with my favorite glue- Helmar 450.
Stop by Scrapbooks Plus and check out the great designs on this month's DT wall. They are amazing!
Enjoy!
Lisa
