Thelma

The pinks and florals in this kit inspired me to create a layout that I have been wanting to do for a long time about my grandmother. I was surprised at how quickly it all came together. I love the classic combination of pink and grey together. The background paper I choose from this month's kit is "First Kiss". I added a stripe of "Sweet Perfume" down the center with a ribbon addition, from the kit. I cut "Thelma" in pink and grey cardstock using my Cricut. On the flowers around the layout I sprayed Glimmer Mist and added Stickles, both which are available at ScrapbooksPlus. I stamped "count your blessing" with a Teresa Collins stamps
(available at ScrapbooksPlus on pink cardstock and then cut it into a circle. The hardest part was the journaling. I had so much I wanted to say. I think my Grandmother would be pleased with this layout about her.
