I always find designing 8x8 pages simple and challenging at the same time.

They are simple because they come together so quickly.

The challenge is the limited space. You really have to pick and choose what you will include since space is so limited.

I knew I wanted to include the design on the lower left corner of the paper. I had to include some sort of journaling so it really didn't leave much space for embellishments.

The only real space I had left was around the photo.



I used a paper towel that had been misted with Olive Vine Glimmer Mist and Cotton Candy Chalkboard. I folded the paper towel to create layers and then used a border punch to create this fun border.

I added the A & K brads in the corner of the photo for my title to finish the layout.
