The yellow reminded me of sunshine while the blue chevron aludes to water (what else!). I did ink the top of the paper liberally with mustard stain Distress Ink to bring out the vivid yellow in the photos.
And, you might think that some of the embellishments look familiar. I loved these banners from last month's Basic Grey kit so much that I used them again!
ScrapbooksPlus is closed for Labor Day, but if you're like me you'll be there bright and early on Tuesday (yes, I'm ready for the first day of school)!
